RIGID ENDOSCOPES
Excellent image reproduction,
robust and resistant
Rigid endoscopes, also known as borescopes, are used for the visual inspection of cavities and narrow bores, but also for the visual inspection of smaller components or assemblies. Rigid borescopes transmit the images through the optical lens system to the eyepiece. The focus here is on excellent image reproduction and resolution, which enables diagnostically reliable inspections. The metal shaft and special glass cover make the endoscope robust and ensure optimum protection of the optics.
The three different versions of our rigid endoscopes differ in design and function, but follow the same connection diagram for accessories. They are suitable for both stationary and mobile use, e.g. for inspecting cast, turned or milled parts.
The endoscopes are available in various diameters, lengths and viewing directions.
SE-Line
First-class image reproduction
The rigid endoscopes are used for the visual inspection of cavities, drill holes or cast parts and offer excellent image reproduction. They are available in many different diameters, lengths and with different image opening and viewing angles. A metal protective shaft reliably protects the endoscope.
SER Line
Focusable, powerful and high-resolution
The endoscopes in the SER line have a 340° rotatable light guide/light source connection for maximum ergonomics and flexibility when working. Stationary light sources from common manufacturers can be easily connected via the light guide and ensure optimum illumination. The manual dioptre adjustment by handwheel allows the image sharpness to be adapted to the user's requirements. The lenses made of special hardened glass are available in diameters of 2.9 or 3.8 mm.
Variable viewing direction and angle
Endoscopes in the SERH line are characterised by the 340° rotatable optical shaft, the ability to focus and the removable handle for optimal ergonomic working. Using the latest lens technology, the endoscopes offer with first-class image reproduction, high resolution and great depth of field with reliable and documentable results.
The light source connection suitable for all common manufacturers ensures optimum illumination.
